Opening a business in Poland
Business Registration in the Republic of Poland
The process of registering a business in Poland involves a series of legal procedures that require precision and compliance with local regulations. Our experienced legal team will help you establish your company efficiently and hassle-free.
The most popular business structure among foreign entrepreneurs is the Limited Liability Company (Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Sp. z o.o.). The company can be founded by individuals or legal entities, including foreign investors. The first step in registering a Sp. z o.o. is selecting a unique company name, which must include the designation “Sp. z o.o.”.
